Upon completing this course students will have a wide knowledge of the history, rules and regulations of the throwing events done at the international level. Students will gain experience by participating both as a competitor and as an official of the throwing events. Students will critically evaluate and assess each component associated with the following disciples such as Shot Put, Discus, Javelin and Hammer.
