‘This is the mark of a really admirable man: steadfast in the face of trouble – Ludwig Van Beethoven

The quote above, expresses apart of what the Mico journey was like as a Physical Education student. It has been one tremendous experience filled with bitter, sweet and disappointing moments. Students, lecturers and staff members definitely helped to make the experience what it was. There are many life lessons that were taught from the various groups mentioned above. Some of these were also taught in the classroom, outside of the school’s curriculum.

Now that I am on the outside looking in, I must say that I have no regrets in choosing The Mico University College as the institution of study four years ago. The avenues created for students at the Physical Education department, are no less than roads to success. Self-development, professional development, character traits development, good work ethics, awareness in the sports world and being a team player are just a few life-lessons garnered along the way. I am confident that every individual who comes across this department will be given the opportunity to experience the above-mentioned lessons.

The four year was not just academic but a tremendous experience. I am elated, I am super proud and I am grateful that I am apart of the ‘Best Batch’ 182, of Physical Education of The Mico University College.
